With the following information we would like to assist you in the participation in our service tests. If you should have further topics which we should put online, then please do not hesitate to contact us. In case of requirements we invite you to our service tests due to your entries in our data base. With the invitation to a service test we send you the conditions of participation and the information, how you can accomplish the registration. If we invite you, then you have naturally no obligation to participate in this service test. If you should want to accept the invitation, then we will place the tests at your disposal as soon as possible. We hope you will understand that we must assign the tests in accordance to the sequence of the registration entrance. If you should have registered yourself for the tests and we have confirmed your registration for the test then we count firmly on your participation. You will get the project information always by e-mail. In order to be able to work on our questionnaires, you should have a valid MS Excel license and should be able to work as a user in tables in this format. We selected this format in order to ensure the processing in a usual program and to protect you from longer online times for filling out a web-based version of a questionnaire. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make the data available in another format. Under no circumstances please don’t change anything in the structure of the questionnaires, but only fill out the relevant fields. After the conclusion of a project the incentive pay will be credited to the bank account you advised us. Please take care that we have always your current bank account data available. Changes can be entered online in our change form. With the first tests please look carefully at the structure of the questionnaires. You are informed here about the criteria which is to be evaluated after the test. Our questionnaires always have a column which calls itself tester support. In this column the individual points of evaluation are explained again in detail. If you should have questions to the individual points of the evaluation, then please contact us under the well-known contact data mentioned below. The questionnaires are developed in such a way that the green fields give you information and the yellow fields are these ones you have to fill in. Please read all information attentively, because you have only then all necessary information, which is important in the test. With the additional information you should now be in the position to imagine the situation. Please place the questions in such a way, as you would do it as a normal customer with the relevant request. You also have all relevant answers to the questions. Of course it can always happen that the question of the employee could not be foreseen. However, you as a customer need not always to have all information! If you do not have the information asked for, then the employee must get along without this information. Surely then this information was not so important as one wants to tell you. If a recall should be offered to you for the relevant topic, then you (if nothing different stands in the project description) should generally accept these with the hint that you cannot be reached easily or no more for a long time. Thus the chance of the timenear test conclusion is rather ensured. Please pay attention in a concrete test to an appropriate reference in the Project Information whether the acceptance of a recall is intended or not. In each case in the column A you see the respective question and next to it (not represented) a scale, which contains for simplification a few explaining remarks in the column B. Please orient yourself at the fact that in each case the lowest line is always the best evaluation and the highest line is always the worst evaluation. This becomes surely plausible with a concrete test sheet. Please note that for the facilitation of work we inserted in many fields drop down menus where you can select the relevant information from a list. Since in these fields it is not possible to insert own entries, please enter the information which you do not find in the list, next to it. Apart from the individual evaluation criteria which are coded with an “x” you have always the possibility to enter further comments to the individual points. Please use this possibility intensively, since you can offer with your comments important starting points for the improvement of the services. Of course you cannot only give hints for the optimization potential but also remark positive experiences. Should you participate in service tests which require a written inquiry, then you will find in the questionnaire header all relevant information - above all the contact dates, e.g. address, e-mail address or fax number, the time frame within the tests should take place. Please create a contact over the defined channel (letter, fax, e-mail) and use now the questions like in a personal request. Please place your questions in such a way that they are individual. Please ensure that you ask the questions in all relevant aspects, since it may otherwise come to other answers. Please only give yourself a fantasy name if this is possible. This is the case whenever you do not transfer correct data automatically (e.g. with a fax form with personal (correct) data or a fax sender identification, e-mail address which contains a clear name etc.) Please forward us all provided and/or received documents which is in connection with this inquiry. Please note that in any case we need the time of your test contact and all points of response time. Above all we are interested in the time when the answers arrive at you (date and with e-mail and fax the appropriate clock times as well). In each case please forward us the documents always immediately after the test is completed. Depending on your possibilities you can either send these by e-mail, fax or by mail. If you should not receive an answer within 15 working-days (inclusive Saturdays), then please regard the test as completed. Please note that there are possibly deviating proceedings in the respective project descriptions. Resuming analyses of the test documents (e.g. orthography, correctness of the answer, running time) then take place internally at comcheck.
