Common Agreements

- Upon registering with comcheck the personal data is stored in the data base in order for comcheck to have the contact information of the tester. The personal data will only used internally by comcheck. comcheck will not pass on the testers data without written consent from the tester. Should it be necessary for personal data to be stored together with a project concerning the respective client, comcheck will make sure the data is deleted upon request of the tester.

- Potential testers selected by comcheck will be invited to participate surveys which will be described in an e-mail. The invitation is a request to register upon reading the general information regarding the test. The tester is informed about the type of tests which need to be assigned, the length of the test as well as the.

- Should the tester not be interested in participating he/she is not obliged to register. No reaction from invited tester does not have any effects. 

- Should the tester no longer be interested in receiving invitations to the service tests offered by comcheck, then he/she can log out of the tester platform at any time. comcheck then ensures that the personal data in the tester database is immediately deleted.

- Should the invited tester have accepted an invitation, then the participation is confirmed and he/she receives the detailed test documents. After a confirmed registration the tester will ensure the reliable performance of the tests and agree on a deadline for the completion of the work. Should the tester not be able to complete the work by the deadline the tester must immediately inform comcheck about the delay either via telephone or e-mail.  

- Upon registering to participate in a project, you confirm that you have carefully read the project information before beginning with the tests. Detailed information regarding the procedure of our tests is posted on this tester platform and will gladly be explained by our comcheck team at any time.  

- The tester ensures that he/she immediately and correctly informs comcheck about all contacts that are relevant to the project when the contact is established. If no deviating information should be noted in the projects, then the relevant documents are immediately to be forwarded to comcheck without further request.  

- As participants of these projects the testers receive confidential internal information about comcheck as well as the respective clients. Upon agreeing to participate in the projects offered by comcheck the tester confirms not to pass on any kind of information whatsoever to any third party.  

- You work as a freelancer. With the transfer of the agreed incentive pay all requirements of the tester to comcheck are fulfilled. The respective possible costs resulting from the execution of the tests are included in the incentive lump sum.

- comcheck will transfer the incentive pay for the project upon completion of the project (i.e. after delivery of all relevant project documents and the completion of the evaluations of the respective tests) to the advised bank accounts.

- It is the testers duty to ensure the availability of the correct bank data.
