We define our role not only as the advisor in service-oriented firms,
but furthermore as an effective lawyer of the consumers, ensuring that supply
of firms and demand of customers meet.
In order to identify the quality of the customer service offered by our
clients, we take on the role of the customer who turns to the firm (i.e. a call
center) with a personal request or a problem which he/she needs help with. This
test customer then documents his/her experience after dealing with the customer
service assistant. To make sure that the test situation is not obvious and our
test stays objective, it is necessary to arrange and conduct this test as
inconspicuously as possible. In other words, we want to disguise our test and
act as if we were the normal, everyday customer.
Only if the test situation remains unrecognized and the service testers
are treated as completely normal customers in everyday life business can we effectively
diagnose and properly interpret the average quality which the real customer is
usually exposed to. Furthermore, the evaluations of service testers are usually
more objective than those of real customers looking for specific products. We
make it possible for the companies to look at the situations and the evaluation
criteria which they themselves deem important. Thus we want to give them the
possibility to take the important steps for improvement gained by results of
the tests.
Our tests are only possible with many motivated and reliable, independent
testers who make the different contacts inconspicuously, enabling us to point
out the positive and negative events from a customer view to the companies.
The type tests often vary, making it likely to have to visit a store or
branch of our clients personally or making a call from home. At home, contact
is usually established via telephone, e-mail, fax or sometimes even by writing
a letter. The specific requirement is always given to our testers in advance.
More than 300 projects have been successfully accomplished so far, some
also for "global players" internationally.
If you register as a potentially interested tester, we will inform you
about certain projects and give you the chance to register for the tests that
appeal to you. You can register without any obligations or commitments. Whenever
there is a new project we will inform you and you can decide whether or not it
is appealing to you. However, should you decide to participate in a test, then
of course we expect a reliable execution of the announced tests. Furthermore,
should you no longer be interested, then we would be grateful for an e-mail as
a notice of cancellation as a potential service tester.
After you register to work on a project the project documents are
forwarded to you. In these documents you can reread your defined task and
prepare for your test. Should
you have questions concerning the
test procedure, we will be glad to assist you by telephone or by e-mail.
The payment for a test depends on the project and the task which it
involves. Due to the rather sporadically occurring projects and the short
amount of time involved in each test the work we can offer is not suitable as a
main or supplementary income. We see it as an opportunity for those who are
interested in improving customer service and at the same time want to
supplement their spending money.
